Diamond Subscription
For our most active sellers, the Diamond Subscription unlocks the lowest transaction fee and increased upload limits for a flat monthly cost. It's a separate subscription and can be combined with any seller tier.

Payment processing
All payments are handled securely by Stripe. Because supa.place is an Australian business and card origin can't be determined before payment, a single international AUD rate applies to every transaction paid by the buyer at checkout.
The rate is 3.25% + A$0.30 Stripe's international card rate for Australian accounts (1.75% domestic + 1.50% international surcharge + A$0.30 fixed).
Stripe fees are subject to change. See stripe.com/au/pricing for the latest rates.
Currency & transactions
To keep pricing consistent for everyone, all transactions on supa.place are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). This avoids the currency-conversion fee Stripe charges when settling between currencies, and the saving is passed back to sellers.
We display prices in your preferred local currency for convenience, but the final charge is always in AUD. Your bank may apply a foreign-exchange (FX) fee depending on its policies, check directly with your bank for international transaction rates.
Important, read before selling
Creator refund & chargeback liability
As a creator on supa.place, you are fully responsible for all refunds and payment disputes arising from your sales, including Stripe chargebacks initiated by buyers through their card issuer.
01
How a refund is split
When you approve a refund, the buyer is refunded the product price. Your share of the refund is your net from the sale, the product price minus the platform fee that applied at the time of purchase, and is pulled from your connected Stripe account. The platform refunds the platform-fee remainder out of its own balance, so you never pay back more than you actually received. The Stripe processing fee paid by the buyer at checkout is non-refundable (Stripe keeps it).
02
Refund offset against future payouts
If your Stripe balance is insufficient to cover your share of the refund, the platform will front it to the buyer on your behalf. The amount fronted is recorded as an outstanding balance on your account and will be automatically withheld from your next payout until the debt is cleared. Express accounts can't be topped up directly, so balance is replenished by future sales or by waiting for pending funds to clear.
03
Negative balance
If refunds exceed your cumulative earnings, your account balance may go negative. You remain liable for the outstanding amount. Future sales earnings will be applied to clear the negative balance before any new payouts are released to you.
04
Fund withholding for high-risk accounts
If your account shows a pattern of elevated refunds, chargebacks, or disputes, we reserve the right to place a hold on some or all of your pending payouts while we investigate. Funds may be withheld for up to 180 days in line with Stripe's reserve policies. We will notify you if a hold is applied.
05
Chargebacks
Stripe chargeback fees (currently A$25 per dispute) are passed on to the creator and deducted from your balance. As required by the Terms of Service, every listing must publish a clear refund policy. Combined with accurate product descriptions, this is the most effective way to minimise dispute risk.
