Buyer Communication & Refunds
Every listing must state its refund terms in plain language. Choose one of the standard windows (7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days) or write your own. You may also choose to offer no self-service refunds at all, and that is a legitimate choice for some products, but you must say so plainly on the listing rather than leaving a buyer to discover it after paying. Whatever you publish, you must honour it for every buyer, and you must answer a refund request within 14 days.
Your policy sets the fast path, not the only path. Offering no self-service refunds, or a short window, does not end a buyer's options and is not a way to make a sale final. Under our Terms of Service, a buyer can always ask supa.place to review a refund: when your window has closed, when you have declined, or when you offer no self-service refunds in the first place. If you do not decide a request within 14 days it comes to us automatically. Files that are faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or not as described are refundable regardless of what your policy says, as are orders where the buyer paid and never received access. Statutory consumer guarantees under a buyer's local law are not excluded by any seller's policy.
A refund we approve on review is recovered from your balance in the ordinary way, so a restrictive policy does not shift that cost. What it does change is who the buyer deals with: the practical effect of offering no self-service refunds is that more of your buyers come to us, and more of them go to their card issuer instead, which costs you the sale plus a dispute fee. Transparent communication and prompt, respectful resolution of buyer disputes are expected at all times, and are much the cheapest option.

Changing a Subscription Price
You can reprice a subscription product whenever you like, and the change reaches new subscribers immediately. It reaches people who are already subscribed on a delay, because they agreed to a price and are entitled to know before it moves.
Existing subscribers get 7 days. When you save a new price, every current subscriber is emailed the price they pay now, the new price and the date it starts, and sees the same on their subscriptions page. Renewals during those 7 days are charged at the old price. Any of them can cancel for free before the date, and some will: that is the honest cost of repricing a book of subscribers, and it is worth telling them in the listing or a message why the price moved.
What you cannot change. Billing frequency is fixed for an existing subscriber, so you cannot move someone from monthly to annual. Removing a subscription tier cancels the subscriptions on it rather than moving those buyers somewhere else, and it is not a way to force a reprice: think of removal as ending the offer, not editing it. Nothing you change applies retrospectively to a cycle already charged.
How Your Products Are Ranked & Featured
You cannot buy visibility on supa.place, and neither can anyone else. There is no advertising product, no promoted listing, and no payment of any kind that moves a product up the results. The Diamond Subscription lowers your transaction fee and raises your file allowance; it does not affect where your products appear.
Search and browse rank on how well a listing matches the buyer's query, then on whether buyers have been well served by it: sales, the number and average of ratings, refund rate, how complete and accurate the listing is, and how recently it was published or updated. The levers that work are the honest ones, which is deliberate: describe the product accurately, present it well, answer buyers, and keep refunds low.
Featured slots on the homepage are chosen by the supa.place team, taking account of product quality, listing presentation, ratings, category balance, and seller standing including tier. A higher tier makes selection more likely but does not qualify a listing on its own, and no tier guarantees a slot. Selection is discretionary and time-limited, and a featured listing can be withdrawn at any time, in particular if it stops meeting these guidelines. It is never for sale, and offering payment for it will not get it.
Staying Current with Updates
These guidelines, our Terms of Service and our Fee Disclosure may be updated from time to time. We give you at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect, by email to the address on your account and by publishing the revised document with its new effective date, so you have time to reprice, adjust a listing, or leave.
A change does not apply to you before that period has run. If you do not accept it you can stop selling and close your account before it takes effect, and closing your account does not forfeit a balance you have already earned. Continued use after the notice period indicates acceptance. We may act on shorter notice only where the law or a regulator requires it, where it is needed to address a security or fraud risk, or where the change is purely in your favour, and we will say which applied.
Key point
Enforcement & Violations
Products or accounts that do not adhere to these guidelines may have a listing unpublished or archived, be temporarily suspended, or be permanently terminated. Reports submitted by buyers or other users are reviewed by a member of the supa.place team, not decided automatically. Where a product presents an immediate risk to buyers, for example malware or apparently stolen material, we may act first and explain afterwards.
You are told, and you are told why. Whenever we remove a listing, suspend an account, or terminate an account, we email the affected seller at the address on the account. We then send, separately, a statement of the specific grounds: what was removed or restricted, which guideline or term it breached, and whether the decision came from our own review, a report from another user, or a legal request.
You can reply. Reply to that statement, or write to support, and a person will reconsider the decision. If we got it wrong we restore the listing or the account. If the decision stands we tell you that, and why.
Your earnings are not part of the penalty. Enforcement does not forfeit money you have already earned. A settled balance stays yours and is paid out to your nominated account, subject only to the ordinary payout hold, the minimum withdrawal amount, amounts properly recoverable for refunds or chargebacks on your own sales, and any hold the law or our payment providers require. Funds may be held while an investigation runs, but a hold is a delay, not a confiscation.
