Is supa.place free to join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating an account is free for both buyers and sellers. Sellers only pay a per-transaction platform fee that decreases as you climb the tier ladder (Bronze → Platinum). The optional Diamond Subscription unlocks the lowest fees and the highest file-size limit.

What can I sell on supa.place?

Accepted Answer

Digital goods only, design assets, code, templates, courses, ebooks, audio, fonts, presets and similar files you own the rights to. Prohibited categories include pirated or counterfeit content, age-restricted material, services, gift cards, regulated financial products or investment schemes, malware/exploits and leaked data. How do I receive my purchases?

Accepted Answer

The moment payment clears, your files appear in your library at /dashboard/library and a receipt is emailed automatically. Downloads stay accessible forever, you can re-download any product you own at any time. Guest buyers get a secure download link in their receipt email.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Secure card payments, charged in your own currency. Products are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD) and converted at the payment step at a mid-market rate with no mark-up hidden inside it, so the total you confirm is exactly what your card is debited. supa.place covers card processing out of its own margin, so there is no processing surcharge whatever card or country you use. supa.place settles in AUD, so where your card is charged in any other currency a 2% currency conversion fee applies, charged at cost and shown as its own line before you pay. How do seller fees work?

Every sale carries a platform fee tied to your tier (Bronze 4.5% + A$2.00, Silver 4.25% + A$1.75, Gold 4% + A$1.50, Platinum 3.75% + A$1.25), and the Diamond Subscription drops it to 3.5% + A$1.00. supa.place covers payment processing, so buyers pay no processing fee and no processing cost is deducted from you. One thing does add to the percentage: supa.place holds AUD only, so if you are paid out in any other currency the cost of converting it is added, 0.5% for the major currencies and 1% for the rest. When and how do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Payouts are on demand, so there is no fixed payout day to wait for. Once a sale has cleared its refund window the money moves into your available balance, and you withdraw it to your bank from your seller dashboard whenever you like (minimum A$10). You track balances and transaction history from the same place.

What’s the file size limit for products?

Accepted Answer

Every seller tier from Bronze to Platinum gets 5 GB per product, and Diamond (or any tier with an active Diamond Subscription) gets 10 GB. Free products are capped at 500 MB and pay-what-you-want products at 1 GB. You can include up to 100 files per product.

What pricing models can I use, and can I run sales?

Sellers can choose fixed pricing, tiered pricing, pay-what-you-want (with optional minimum), free, or subscription. Tiers are independent, so a single tiered product can mix one-off tiers with recurring ones on their own billing frequency. You can also schedule percentage or fixed-amount discounts with custom start and end times from your dashboard. Discounts apply to fixed-price listings only, not to tiered, subscription, free or pay-what-you-want ones.

What’s the refund policy?

Sellers set their own refund window per product; 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days, or a custom policy disclosed on the listing. Sellers must respond to refund requests within 14 days. Chargebacks remain the seller’s responsibility, and any negative balance is recovered from future sales.

Are payments and identity secure?

Accepted Answer

All payments run through Stripe (PCI Level 1 certified), your card details never touch our servers. Sellers complete identity verification with their legal name and a government-issued photo ID. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is supported for every account, and email verification is required before you can sell.
